What types of cycling products do you specialize in?
We cater to all cyclists with our comprehensive range: from performance components (cassettes, chainrings, cranksets) to urban commuting essentials (bikes, fenders, child seats) and adventure gear (car racks, weather-ready equipment). Our menu includes everything from high-end cycling shoes to family-friendly accessories.
How do I choose the right size for cycling clothing or shoes?
Each product page includes detailed sizing charts. For clothing, measure your chest/waist and compare to our brand-specific charts. For shoes, we recommend measuring your foot length in centimeters. When in doubt, our support team (all experienced cyclists) can advise at [email protected].
Are your helmets safety certified?
Absolutely! All helmets meet or exceed CPSC (US), CE (Europe), or AS/NZS (Australia/NZ) safety standards. Look for certification details on each product page.

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after processing) with real-time tracking
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after processing)
All orders process in 1-2 business days from our Colorado warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally except to some remote Asian regions. Note that customs fees may apply for high-value items like complete bikes – check your local regulations.
How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. For Standard Shipping, use DHL/FedEx’s tracking systems. For Free Shipping, use the EMS tracking portal.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from delivery date for unused items in original packaging. Some exclusions apply (see below). Initiate returns by emailing [email protected] with your order number.
Are there any non-returnable items?
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets, eyewear, or cycling shoes unless defective. Electronics must be unopened.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds process within 5 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
