Our Return Commitment

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with all tags attached. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the precision of our drivetrain components.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Helmets (CPSC/CE certified safety equipment)
  • Cycling Shoes (hygiene reasons)
  • Electronics (unless defective)
  • Custom or special-order components

2. Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid shipping label (for defective/wrong items)
  • Instructions for repackaging

For change-of-mind returns, you’re responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.

3. Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving your return:
