All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some remote Asian regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with all tags attached. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the precision of our drivetrain components.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Helmets (CPSC/CE certified safety equipment)
- Cycling Shoes (hygiene reasons)
- Electronics (unless defective)
- Custom or special-order components

Once approved, you’ll receive:

- Prepaid shipping label (for defective/wrong items)
